Parents carry recurring medical and financial burdens.
Time and energy are lost collecting or treating water.
A basic necessity becomes a barrier to school, work, and opportunity.
The need goes beyond having something to drink. Safe water protects health, strengthens families, and creates space for children and parents to pursue a more hopeful future.

The Initiative Model

We partner with trusted pastors and churches that know their communities and understand the needs of local families.

Local leaders help identify households that do not have reliable access to safe drinking water.

Each family receives a filtration system along with practical instruction on its use, cleaning, and long-term care.

Local church leaders return for four follow-up visits to check the filter, encourage the family, pray with them, and continue building a meaningful relationship.
Our involvement does not end when the filter is delivered. The filter becomes the beginning of an ongoing connection between a family and a local church.

More Than a Filter
For the Ramos family, receiving a water filter became the beginning of a meaningful relationship with local church leaders.
Through continued visits, prayer, and time spent together, trust began to grow. The filter met an immediate physical need while opening the door for conversations about faith, community, and the hope of Jesus.
