The Carpenter Project
The Carpenter Project brings people together to build homes, grow in faith, and create lasting impact in Central America.
No Family Should Live Without a Place to Call Home.
In Honduras and Guatemala, millions of families are living without a safe place to call home.
The housing deficit exceeds 1 million homes in Honduras and over 2 million in Guatemala, meaning families are either without shelter or living in fragile, overcrowded, and unsafe conditions.
Homes built with scrap materials, dirt floors, and weak structures cannot withstand the rain, the heat, or the uncertainty of each day. But the need goes beyond housing.
Without a safe home, families lose more than protection—they lose stability, dignity, and the space to grow. Parents carry the weight of not being able to provide safety, and children grow up without a place to rest, learn, or dream.
We believe every family is created in the image of God and deserves a place where life can flourish—a place where dignity is restored, faith is strengthened, and hope can take root.
Our Approach
A Holistic, Christ-Centered Model for Homebuilding
At The Carpenter Project, we do more than build homes—we walk with families.
We believe lasting change happens when physical needs and spiritual growth come together, creating space for dignity, stability, and lives restored in Christ.
